My goal in creating Awaken Your Senses is to inspire people to look at the world though a multi-sensorial perspective, to find beauty and inspiration in what seem to be everyday things.
Through the combination of chocolate and other gourmet tools, I hope to:
• stimulate people’s curiosity and adventure in tasting
• to push people past their comfort zones, yet at the same time look at their comfort zones from a new perspective
• teach people how to utilize their sense of taste, touch and smell in new ways
• create a learning environment that will introduce people to a new sensory world
Our basic senses allow us to experience the world in a very unique way. Awaken Your Senses allows people to stop a moment and re-discover this art, thus enhancing and bringing everyday experiences into something extraordinary.
